Deep targeted sequencing can be performed effectively using Fluidigm Access Array system that employs nanofluidics for cost-effective generation of highly multiplexed amplicon libraries. All you will need are custom primers (48 pairs or multiplexed pools) and samples (up to 48 per run) to generate barcoded amplicon libraries for next generation sequencing.
