Golden Gate Genotyping prices for BeadXpress and iScan projects are based on a combination of charges 1) Illumina materials and reagents, which will vary depending on the format and scale of the project, and 2) per plate processing costs, which are constant regardless of the format or number of plates. Processing costs are based on simultaneous processing of two 96 well plates. Volume discounts for the BeadXpress start at 1440 samples (15 plates), and for the iScan take effect at 1536 samples (16 plates) and above. For detailed pricing information contact Vanessa Rashbrook at vkrashbrook@ucdavis.edu.
Per SNP charges for BeadXpress and iScan projects inclusive of ALL reagents and labor can be downloaded here and here.
