* All Illumina sequencing runs include the sequencing of index reads up to 8bp in length and demultiplexing. For Miseq runs as well as Hiseq Rapid Mode runs also the sequencing of dual indexes is included. Dual index sequencing in HiSeq High Output Mode will require additional reagents and add additional costs; The given rates cover Single Index High Output sequencing. ** In case you want to sequence infrequently used run-types (e.g. SE100, SE150) we would require you to fill the two lanes of the rapid mode flow cell with your samples. These rare run types are thus effectively available only in pairs of lanes. Please inquire.
